Adobe has added an online Lightroom Support Center on the Adobe.com site (click here for a direct link), where you can get troubleshooting help, with a searchable database, and lots of answers to frequently asked questions.

David, did you resolve your problem with dark prints from Lightroom V2 on your Epson R2400? I have the same problem.

No I have not cured this problem. Have tried a lot of things, still prints consistently too dark. I now manually brighten each print in lightroom before I print

Hi, I’m using LR 2.0 and whenever I run a slideshow and apply ratings, none of them show up on the corresponding shots. Works fine when the show is NOT random. But with 11,000 images I would like to run the show in random and apply some ratings. What am I doing wrong? Thanks in advance.

Hi, I wonder if anyone could help me.I have just started using the 2.6 version of Lightroom, and am having some problems.
When I plug my Nikon D 90 camera into the (PC) computer to upload my photos to Lightroom, I can’t get the Lightroom import menu to just pop up automatically. I have to go in to Lightroom and click on import before it appears.
The other problem is, the thumbnails of my photos will not display, on my import menu, when I am importing photos from my Nikon D90 camera to Lightroom.
Any advice on how I can get these things to work will be greatly appreciated.

I am having trouble importing files from my desktop that were shot on my Canon 5d MkII tethered with Canon software; I am trying to put them in Lightroom 3. It will take the first shot in the folder and then not be able read the rest. I get an error message in a popup window that list the files to either SaveAs or OK. I have looked at all of the boards and am stumped.There is no file number duplication within Lightroom. If I use number sequencing instead of originial file number it works fine. What am I overlooking?
