I’ve Got A Free Ticket to My Seminar in Philadelphia Tomorrow

I’ve got a FREE ticket to my seminar tour coming up in Philadelphia tomorrow—Tuesday the 27th—(here’s the link) for someone who needs to be there but can’t afford it.

Just leave me a comment here, and I’ll pick a winner later this afternoon. Good luck, and hope to see you there!

  1. I would love this ticket!!! I actually paid & attended your NYC stop a few months ago, but unfortunatly was extremly under the weather that day, and had to leave early. I felt sick when I woke up, but gave it a chance, however I left about 2 hours into your seminar and have regretted it ever since. I live in NJ, an hour from NY and an hour from Phili too, and honestly have been contimplating buying a ticket for your Phili stop ever since that day, but honestly couldnt fit it into me & my wifes budget after paying already. I would love a second chance to watch you work live.

  2. Hi Scott, It’s not for me but for one of my photo students. He just changed careers and has thrown himself into studio portrait and documentary photography in a huge way. 24/7 he is doing projects and going a mile beyond everyone else. Photography has opened his eyes and mind and he is super creative and happy doing it. Crackerjack work ethic and sponge for knowledge. He always helps other students fix their projects when asked and is humble to a fault. Every year I see someone like this in our program and I will do whatever I can to let them know that they are going in the right direction.
I am a fan of your seminars and tutorials and recommend that students check you out.

  3. Oh yeah, meant to ask –

Where is the best place to sit so you can see what is going on up on stage without getting blocked by the modifiers? I know in some of the lighting classes at PSW it was hard to see if up front and on the left.

  4. Good luck to whomever is lucky enough to get this, would love to see you live Scott, but Philly is a bit far for me, so when are you coming to Ireland/UK again?

  5. Love to visit your seminar and love to get that ticket. Because you decide to buy that red aeroplane you showed on Twitter, you are allowed to pick me up from any airport in The Netherlands :) and I’ll be there……
Greetings from over the pond :)

  6. Hi, Scott! I’m a mucking-about-with-my-camera amateur who’s hoping to transform herself into a mostly-know-what-I’m-doing semi-pro. I’ve read your books and follow your blog but have yet to experience your awesomeness in person. I’d love to see you in action in Philly tomorrow! (Thanks, by the way, for offering this ticket to one of your readers. Very very kind of you!)

  7. Hey, I’m just getting my start in photography and think this would be a great way to get some worthwhile experience from a professional. I was referred this website by a few people that have already been going to your seminars. I’m positive the first time I go I’ll be wanting to come back to learn more!

  8. Scott,

This is a kind and generous offer. I’m sure you will give it to the person in most need. I wish I could say I couldn’t afford it because I really want to go but I can.

My wife will be at your Philly seminar tomorrow. I wish I could go but after PSW LV and jury duty it’s hard to tell the boss I’ll be out again so soon…….but if you have any spare tickets after you give this one away I’m sure my boss will have no problem after I tell him Scott Kelby personally gave me a ticket to attend his Light It seminar. Then I could surprise my wife by attending with her and we could learn together.

P.S. My wife will be the woman with the beautiful red hair. You can’t miss her.

  9. Hi Scott,

It was such a pleasure meeting you at Light It, Shoot It, Retouch It, LIVE in Los Angeles! We shared an article with our favorite tips from the seminar on our graphic design/digital media blog, FIDMDigitalArts at this link: http://blog.fidmdigitalarts.com/our-favorite-tips-from-scott-kelbys-light-it-shoot-it-retouch-it-live-seminar/

If anyone out there is thinking about going to the Light it, Shoot it, Retouch it, I highly recommend it. Scott, we’d love for you to visit us at FIDM/Fashion Institute of Design & Merchandising the next time you’re in Los Angeles!! Thanks again for a great workshop.

    Warmly,
