It’s official: I’m heading to London to bring one of our most popular seminars ever to the UK. Here are the details:

What: My “Light it, Shoot it, Retouch It” tour
When: Saturday, 28, April
Where: The Islington Design Centre
Tickets: Only 89£ (if you sign up soon)
Why: Because I love Swingin’ London baby, yeah!

For more details, or to sign up for my London seminar (seating is limited), click right here:http://bit.ly/yFNHYp — My thanks go to UK-based NAPP Evangelist Dave Clayton and Photoshop World instructor Glyn Dewis who helped us put this London tour stop together. Hope to meet you in person there!

P.S. If you’re reading this from the UK, could you help us spread the word over there? Much appreciated. :)

      1. We will keep our fingers crossed then too Scott.  We got things here you won’t see anywhere else……………….  and it’s a hell of a lot warmer than the UK!!

  1. Looking forward to it Scott – it’ll be great to see you on these shores again. At least you don’t have to worry about London’s ‘grey cloud’ weather for this photoshoot ;-)

  2. Woohoo! This is great news, Scott! I have just booked my place and now need to book my railway ticket; I shall have to get the night sleeper service to London. Any chance to attend one of your seminars has got to be grabbed with both hands. See you in the ‘Big Smoke’!

    Balliolman :)
    England.

  3. Excellent. Really glad to hear it. I live in London and don’t often have photo gigs out of town but you last visit synced beautifully. Hopefully I’ll be able to catch this one. Kelby Training has been really good for me, and it would be great to link up in person.

  4. Is there a instuctional video on how to do a flag composit like on the blog post letterhead. What should I look for under the NAPP instructional videos. Thanks

    1. Hi Stephen: there are a BUNCH of tutorials on using Quick Select in Photoshop CS5 (that’s what you need to make a composite like that). Look for Matt’s tutorials on Removing people from their backgrounds with Quick Select, then look for Corey’s Compositing tutorials. It’s all a lot easier than it looks (thanks to CS5’s Refine Edge feature). :)

  5. Hi Scott, I have been a long time follower of Kelby Training here in the UK. I have just booked up for this Seminar and I am so excited. I live about 3 hours North of London and love visiting so this is the perfect excuse!

  6. I’m booked in, I’m spreading the word, I’m packed ready to go (well almost), Can I video the show and make a few quid selling dodgy copies on Ebay?
Is the little guy coming with you? I think he’s called Joe McNally, I remember he turned up a couple of years back without you? He was good though?

Looking forward to your gig already..
Congrats to Dave Clayton for pestering you to come over.

    1. Hi Bob: Yeah, that McNally guy seems pretty decent. ;-)  Sadly, I’m having to do this one on my own (no Joe this time around), but I have taught with Joe a couple of times, and we wind up laughing so much I’m not sure we ever get to finish the day’s agenda. He is a riot, and just so darn good on stage. This time, you’re stuck with me, but I’ll do my best. :)

  7. Just booked for this date in london!!
I’m form Italy but for a strange reason I’ll be in London in those day….so why miss my forst Scott Kelby seminar!!
If and when you’ll replicate in Italy, I’ll be there too.

    See you on the 28th

    1. Marco: that is fantastic!!!! I hope you’ll come up and say hi when you’re there. I would dearly LOVE to do some training in Italy (I vacation there a lot, but haven’t had a chance to teach there yet. Maybe one day soon!). See you in London! :)

      1. For sure I’ll come to sey Hi to you!!
The only problem will be my english….I hope you’ll understand me! ;-)

  8. I couldn’t make the last one so very very pleased that you’re coming over.  Having just booked my ticket, I can now tell other people….  Can’t wait.

  9. Does it get any better than this? Photoshop World in March followed by the Light It, Shoot It, Retouch It tour coming to Ye Olde London Town…bloomin’ marvellous :)

  10. Hey Scott! Fantastic news! I hope you don’t mind teaching to Froggies, cos my seat is booked and I’ve spread the word all over Southern France that you’re coming over to good old Europe! In fact it’s raising so much interest here that it might be the case that you end up having to do this seminar in French after all :-)
Oh, BTW, how many people do you expect, at max capacity?
