Just In: Amazon’s Editors Pick Matt Kloskowski’s Photoshop Compositing Book as One of Their “Best Books of 2011”

I’ve been saying all year that Matt Kloskowski’s book, Photoshop Compositing Secrets” (link) is the best Photoshop book of the year, but Amazon.com’s Editor’s thought it was even better than that, naming it one of their Best Books of 2011  for the entire Arts & Photography category (link). How cool is that!!!

Congrats to Matt for truly hitting one out of the park (and for also being one of their picks in their Top-10 Kindle Books for 2011, too!).

Matt, we are all so proud of you!!! What an amazing year you are having and it couldn’t happen to a more genuine, hard-working, and fun guy who does all of this for all the right reasons. Congrats!!!

  1. I’ve already given friends 6 copies of this book. Every time I hear “you know Photoshop, could you just…” I send them the book and let them do it themselves. Whether you’re a beginner or a Photoshop veteran, this is the book on compositing you want. Along with Scott’s book on portrait retouching, I’ve learned a lot this year.

  2. I completely agree with Janine above. Between this and Scott’s portrait retouching have taught me a lot.
This book gave me the arsenal of skills to win the “Shoot it First” competition at Photoshop World. Thank you Matt.
    EXCELLENT BOOK!!!
    Mike
