If you missed the “Photoshop-World-a-Thon Tips & Tricks Fest…

…well then, here’s the free rebroadcast (above). We’ve heard loads of great feedback from this show (we seriously showed some really cool techniques), so I hope you’ll check it out (and we hope it makes you want to come join us in person at the Photoshop World Conference & Expo in September).

Four Days Left to Save $100 Bucks!
Friday is the cutoff for our $100-off early-bird discount, so if you’re planning on going, make sure you register by this Friday to save a big chunk of change.

Shout out to Colorado Springs!
A big thanks to everyone who came out to my Shoot-like-a-Pro tour yesterday in Colorado Springs. Really great crowd (really big crowd!) and everybody was incredibly gracious and really in the mood to learn, which made it really fun for me. Next stops: San Antonio in a few weeks, and then on to Indy (here’s the link).

Hope you all have a rockin’ Tuesday (and to everybody who signs up this week to get the Photoshop World “Early Bird Discount,” you are going to have a blast, you’re going to learn a lot, laugh a lot, and sleep just a little. See you in Vegas!)

Cheers,

-Scott

  1. The webcast was amazing. My mouth is really beginning to water as I anticipate my journey to my 6th Photoshop World. I’ll also see you in Arlington, TX on Sept 20 Scott. You know I’m like a bad dream you can’t shake. :)
    See ya soon buddy!

  2. I just watched it yesterday on the site and if Photoshop World wasn’t a week before a conference I have to do for work, I’d be taking some advice and registering then telling my wife. The Adobe CC giveway is so worth it in itself. I’m constantly amazed how NAPP pulls together such great stuff for everyone.

  3. PSW is always amazing. I’ll be going to my third next spring in Atlanta, and I can’t wait. Great broadcast….Matt, RC and the gang did a terrific job.
Scott, I’ll see you in Boston for your tour stop in a few months. I have my ticket printed and ready to go. :-)

  4. Hi Scott

I can’t get the Tone Curve in Lightroom to do what you did in your demo at B&H regarding the back screen effect. It won’t let me drag the lowest point on the curve straight up as you did in the demo. It only goes a little ways and then won’t let me go further.
Interestingly, I get it to work in the Photoshop Tone Curve! Help!!
    Thanks…Bill
