Scott, count me among those who still cannot login after the update. Unfortunately, I have not received an email with a temporary user name/password. Sorry to bring this up here, but I’ve written and called Kelby One support (couldn’t get through on the phone) and so far no response.

I’ve just taken advantage of renewing my Kelby Training package and have received my email confirmation of the same along with links to downloads of the additional pack.
At the time of purchasing I also opted for the Creative Cloud discount deal and that is itemised on the bill, but so far there is no information of how I can access this and add it to my existing 1 yr plan.

I had marked my calendar to sign up for the special by Dec 4th. and I am not getting the special price in the basket.
