It’s Photoshop World Conference Week. Awwwww, yeah! :-)

It’s finally here, and I’m so excited (well, technically it starts Wednesday with the pre-conference workshop, and then the opening Keynote (streamed live, featuring Adobe), kicks off the conference on Thursday morning at 10:00 AM ET, but ya know — it’s Photoshop World week! Whoo Hoo! :)

If you’ll be there…
Two things you definitely want to do:

(1) Go to the free Orientation class
If this is your first time at Photoshop World, we have a special crash course just for you. Hosted by Larry Becker, this orientation is designed to make sure you get the most out of your experience. Free and open to all attendees on Wednesday (the day before the full conference kicks off).

(2) Download the App
We have an awesome conference app (for IOS and Android) that you will find invaluable during the conference. The full schedule is in there; directions; events times and locations, and a whole bunch more. Find it on the App Store for iPhones, or on Google Play for Android.

If you can’t go this year…
Then make sure you tune in Thursday morning at 10:00 AM ET (I’ll put a link here on the blog on Thursday morning, and on all our social media) so you can watch the opening keynote LIVE. It’s going to be (wait for it…wait for it…) epic!

Hope you have a great Monday (and safe travels if you’re heading to Orlando to join us for the big event!). :)

P.S. Tomorrow I’m sharing some finals, and BTS shots, along with camera info from a recent location shoot I did – hope you’ll stop back by then.

  1. Hey Scott,
I’m really bummed that I can’t make the conference this time, but my schedule gets in the way. The main reasons I am not happy is that I always learn little tidbits that improve my workflow, and all of the killer fellowship with Like-Minded individuals.
I remember the first Photoshop World I attended thinking my head was going to explode with all of the great information I received. You have said it many times that all of the instructors are accessible. I can attest to that too. A lot of times the people we come to see seem too busy for the attendees, but I have never felt that at Photoshop World. I would drop names here, but there are too many to mention that make the attendee feel welcome and will answer any question without delay because they know that sharing & helping others helps everyone involved.
Those of you that are going, Congrats!! You will be filled to the brim with great information.
    Next time,
    Mike

  2. Scott, the first paragraph says the Keynote is on Wednesday at 9 AM. The PSW app says the Keynote is on Thursday from 10 AM to 11:30 AM. I know it’s really on Thursday, but what’s up with the time? Inquiring minds need to know…..

My flight to Orlando leaves at 7 PM today. I’m looking forward to some beautiful Florida weather for the next week. No monsoons, like my first PSW in Orlando in 2011! ?
