What a kick-butt week!!! :-)

Hi Gang, and greetings from Atlanta’s Hartfield/Jackson Int’l Airport where I’m between flights on my way back from one of, if not, my favorite Photoshop World’s of all time! (To see some of the images from the conference that were uploaded during the event (seen above), here’s the link).

My flight boards shortly, so I only have a minute (and this post is already way late as it is), but I wanted to thank everyone who came out to Washington DC this past week, and who helped to make it our highest attended East Coast Photoshop World Conference ever! The energy of the crowd in DC was amazing, and the participant’s enthusiasm and attitude make it an incredible experience for the instructors. When you have students engaged at this level, it just sweeps over you and wonderful things happen for everyone involved. I taught four sessions, and I loved every minute of it.

My thanks to our friends at Adobe Systems who help the event possible in the first place, and to all our exhibitors and sponsors, but most importantly to all the attendees from around the world (I met conference attendees from Australia, India, New Zealand, Germany, France, the UK, Russia and Japan) who transform the experience from a conference into a special event.

I’ll have more coverage later in the week, but I’ve got to board my flight. Hope you all have a fantastic day! :)

  1. I had a great time at my first PSW. Great pre-con with Alan & Scott, loved the classes with Calvin, Dave Blsck & Joel and of course Glyn ;-) The highlight for me has to have been meeting people I’ve known from Facebook or Twitter from afar and got to meet I person at last. Good times and good friendships formed.

Hope you enjoy the British Jelly Babies, Wine Gums, Curly Wurly’s and Hobnob’s (assuming Kalebra shares them with you ;-))

  2.  Scott: Loved the chance to get to my first PSW. Glad to learn about both technical and creative stuff. Makes me realize just how much there is out there to learn. And I was grateful for the chance to meet all the Photoshop Guys in person. You, Matt, Pete, RC and Dave were all so genuinely friendly and helpful. Just as nice in person as you seem on Kelbytv.com

  3. While at your Tampa seminar earlier this month, Brad mentioned next year’s spring PSW will be back in Orlando again which is great as we will be spending the winter in Florida. Wondering if you could confirm the dates of next Year’s PSW please? Need to make reservations for the motorhome.

  4. Scott, glad to hear that DC was so successful. Wish you guys would come back to Boston in the future! :-)
But September can’t come soon enough. Vegas or bust, baby!

Now go take some time off and relax with the family…..

  5. I was there and it was an incredible experience. I met wonderful people that will probably be long time friends and inspiration. I got a portfolio review from Joel Grimes. Awesome. It was great. Thanks Scott.

Ps. Your wife has such a great voice! The party was so much fun.
