This is one of the most creative things we’ve done here at KelbyOne  â” the idea started as a class, then it morphed into a documentary and now it has grown into a feature film and we’re just so excited about it. Warbirds is the brainchild of renown aviation photographer Moose Peterson, and the aerial footage, and stories behind the men that flew these Warbirds is just amazing.

Please take just a moment to watch the movie trailer above, and then come and join us for the premiere this Friday. Best of all, it’s free, and Moose will be joining me live in the studio and taking your questions during the presentation. It’s going to be a really fun, “make some popcorn” dim the lights kinda night).

What: Warbirds and the men who flew them

When: This Friday at 7pm (New York Time)

Where: http://kel.by/K1warbirds

How much: Free!

If you’re an old airplane buff, if you’re into photography or cinematography, you will absolutely love this very special nite. I hope you can join us. :)

Best,

-Scott

  1. I was wondering when you were going to post the Big Announcement! This just sounds amazing and it looks like a new direction for KelbyOne projects. I’ll be tuning in (so glad I chose to take Friday off from work!), but I hope to see this on the KelbyOne site in the future. I know this is one of those things I’ll have to see twice. Thanks for doing this, Scott, and I hope to see more from “KelbyOne Films” in the future. :-)

  2. Wonderful trailer! God bless all those men, true heroes every one!

  3. Moose is doing it…I’m in.

  4. Looking forward to this. I live on the Treasure Coast of Florida where we have several air shows with some great historic planes with amazingly talented pilots. Lucky me. I get to fly with them on media day. Looking forward to this!
