Discover Iceland: A Photographer’s Paradise
June 24-30, 2012 Ben Willmore will lead a photo workshop in Iceland. This will be Ben’s fifth visit to Iceland in the last seven years. Iceland features black sand beaches, waterfalls, geysers, volcanoes, geothermal features, glaciers, icebergs, lighthouses, turf houses, storybook horses and interesting architecture, all packed into a country that is 1/95th the size of the United States. The workshop is scheduled for the time of year when there is a full six hours of “the golden hour”, which is why the country is often referred to as the “land of the midnight sun”. For more details, visit DigitalMastery.com and check out Ben’s Iceland photos at TheBestofBen.com
That’s it for today. Have a great Thursday!
Napp Gear! Finally! Just waiting for the black polo shirts and hats to become available (hint, hint). That Flashpoint set looks interesting. LOL @ the Vanelli cruise. Now THAT should be a blast to anyone that can make it.
Thanks for all the Pimpy today, Brad.

John, I’m surprised there is not a black one considering it’s Scotts fav color! :-)
And a matching leather jacket! :P
CAKB, I’ve already placed my order at NAPP Gear! I’m wondering what it would be like to be stuck on a boat with V, not a min of rest, nonstop action! 8-)
In the nicest way there’s got to be some irony in the fact that the NAPP t-shirts look so fake. Couldn’t find anyone better at Photoshop to make them?
Hey Scott, that’s awesome that you’re workshop is sold out. when are you planning to come back to Honolulu. you did one a few years back for Lightroom and that was the best thing ever. for 2011 nothing is planned for hawaii, so i guess i will have to go to the closest workshop to us. enjoy your week.
PS- i started watching The Grid and i think it’s awesome! keep up the good work and thank you for sharing your knowledge with everyone, you’re awesome!
Sorry I’m going to miss the workshop in Toronto, Scott. Can’t make it down this week. If you’re still around on the weekend with nothing to shoot, come up and catch whitewater kayak racers at the Minden Wildwater Preserve. The Championship races are this weekend but there are sure to be lots of kayaks on the water next week too!
