  1. People ask me all the time how to learn photography or photoshop. I always send them to NAPP and all things Kelby, but even with the free stuff some folks just won’t take advantage. Those are the ones that still struggle with photography and it’s right here!?!

  2. Thanks Scott. Just a little feedback on my experience this morning (and I could certainly be particularly dense today). I logged into my active Kelby Training account to see when it expired. That was easy to find. I decided that I wanted to take advantage of the $129 renewal. It took a lot longer than I expected to find a way to add this to my cart so I could apply the code and checkout. In the end, I found a “Subscribe” link on the instructors page but I didn’t see it on any of the product pages. You provide great content so I wasn’t going to give up but it could have been easier.

    I did renew my Kelby Training Subscription minutes ago. I wish I had more time to watch the videos, but at that price I can’t go wrong. Heck, at full price you can’t go wrong.
    Another thing. B&H, as you know rock. I ordered the Scott Kelby Westcott light set and bulbs. I finally got time to set them up (after more than a month) over Thanksgiving. Two of the bulbs were broken. I contacted the B&H customer service about the situation. I got the email confirmation that the bulbs were shipped today at no charge. I understand it is a small gesture and all, but it means a lot to me to be treated fairly when things go wrong. This is the main reason I am such a Kelby Enterprises Evangelist. I tell everyone who will listen about your companies, the training and your amazing customer service.
