  3. Hello Scott, it seems the new courses of LR 5 by Matt Kloskowski will be available only on Napp website training. Don’t you think that since LR is the main software for photographers it should belong to Kelby Training? I think about LR as a tool for photographers like tripod and flash. In this moment there is some confusion since there are a lot of videos about LR 3-4 and PS on Kelby training webiste.
    And when you changed that without any sort of communication?

  27. Glad to see the Copyright class at KelbyTraining. It’s nice that all facets, beyond just taking and processing images, are explored. Also, thanks for reminding me about the August 21st date for Shoot Like a Pro. I signed up for the Seattle stop but had to travel out of town. As with Aug. 21, I had to be in . . . wait for it . . . Indianapolis.

  30. I love using LightRoom but there are things that still puzzle me. Your Conference here in LA was the best and has actually gotten me motivated to start learning more for photography Plus my mom was so impressed she cant wait to get her photography business rolling.
    I know we’ll benefit from PSW. Theres always something new to learn, or brush up on things you may have forgotten. I’ve never been there or to Vegas but it looks fun.

  49. Scott, Two things: First, I would love a full boat conference pass. I attended three times back when the western version was in LA and San Diego. This year it is finally time to get to Vegas — I really want to learn more about LR and this seems the perfect opportunity. Second ;-) I have been waiting for long years for you to come back to San Jose/San Francisco again and now that you finally do so I won’t be able to attend because three weeks before you arrive I will be moving to Boise, Idaho (will you ever come to Boise???)

    Anyway all the more reason for that free pass to Vegas.

I’ve never been to Photoshop World, but I’d love to go – have enough points on Southwest for a flight – if I was fortunate enough to receive a comp pass, I would certainly sign up for the Joe McNally workshop the day before and buy all the Photoshop Guys drinks every night….well, okay, guess it would be less expensive to just buy the pass :) Cheers to Photoshop World!

  61. Might have to miss Vegas this year due to being out on a work injury, broke my hip responding to a call, (I’m a Paramedic) so extra cash is in short supply.
    So I will keep entering and see if I can win a pass, and keep trying to save up.
    I am already a Kelby training subscriber so if Iget picked for that prize, please giove it to some one who can really use it!
